My research centers on swine nutrition, with an emphasis on nutritional physiology and the microbiome to optimize sustainable feeding strategies for sows. I utilize statistical methods to understand how nutritional components affect the animal microbiome and phenotype. My goal is to develop feeding practices that improve swine health and growth while reducing environmental impact.
